SUPPLY AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
Our prices are effectively without obligation. Any offer can be withdrawn, as long as there is no other written agreement. The contract is accepted once the customer receives its goods. The amount and fulfilment of the delivery is defined in the electronic confirmation of purchase.
ORDERS & AVAILABILTIY
Julieegli.com only accepts orders made through this website order system. Although julieegli.com will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the goods displayed on the website are available. We cannot guarantee availability. When the order is received and the ordered goods are available, you will be sent a confirmation email.
SHIPPING
Shipping cost are included in price.
All orders are sent by Swiss Post.
- The packages have a tracking number and can be traced.
- Orders from outside of Switzerland may pay extra costs for customs
Customer outside of Switzerland - Please note:
Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are to pay by the recipient.
Delivery dates are depending to the postal services in the land where the order was made; therefore we are unable to guarantee delivery times. If the buyer refuse to accept his order, we will not reimburse any postal or delivery costs.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are in CHF (Swiss Francs) and vat (8%) inclusive. If the delivery address is outside Switzerland, VAT will be subtracted. A delivery will only occur due to payment by Paypal. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
COLORS& MATERIAL
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
The silk scarves are made in Italy out of finest quality.
Please note that silk is a natural organic material little irregularities in textil or size can occur.
RETURNS
All sales are final. Each Item will be carefully controlled by us prior to shipping.
Julieegli will exchange or refund ordered goods only if damaged or defected through transportation. All items need to be returned with proof of purchase within 7 days upon receipt. Returns of purchased items should be sent back, including all packaging and without any traces of use. The customer has to pay all shipping cost for returns and exchanges.
Julieegli.com does not accept responsibility for loss or damage of returned goods during return transit. We strongly recommend the usage of a traceable system for the return of any item. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
The return of goods will be rejected, if
- there are traces of use
- the product is returned without the original packaging .
- the goods are damaged due to transportation

LIABILITY
Our liability for lost, stolen or damaged goods is in accordance with Swiss law. In the event of an exceptional case, we are only liable for the maximum worth of the transaction. Should the customer choose to resell the goods, he/she is responsible for following all export regulations. If the customer alters the reselling item, he/she is responsible for any resulting damage, to the end customer and/or third parties.
EXCHANGE
You have 100% conversion rights within 7 days. The conversion duration can take about 3 weeks after receiving your returned goods. We only accept goods returned in the original packaging .Use a parcel to make sure the original packaging and goods are not damaged.
